Treatment Ecstasy Questions and Answers

Resolved Question: I have parents that hate me?

for that past 18 months or so both my mother and father have treated me like shit. i am 17, male and a closet homosexual. my mum has critical nature, is rather two faced and has lost the ability to have a civilised conversion. i am not ranting on in order to make myself feel better, this is actually how she is. my dad is no so bad but still doesn't have a logical thought process and disrupts everyday living just fun. and most of the time just agrees with my mother for the sake of ease i have a history of depression, mainly during puberty however this has gotten worst and i have started taking St Johns Wort. for some stupid reason i told my parents all about this and asked if we could go to a shrink/doctor to seek a more effective treatment. their response was an extensive and over dramatic farce about how St Johns Wort is a stimulant that women use in the later stages of pregnancy and that i should try to be nicer if i am to stay in the house. i also have a hunch that i am suffering from Glandular fever but im not sure if this is true. i have developed a mild dependence on certain drugs, ie nicotine, weed, ecstasy. they don't know about this and it is the only solace i have. i want to know if i can have any control, or should i just try to wade it out until i am old enough to leave? has anyone ever been in this situation before?? thanks  more
